Not fit for purpose

The App installed, and sure enough it connected my Google account . . . . . but - why can’t I chat with my contacts? Neither video not IM . . . . .

Given that this App is exclusively for this purpose . . . . it should be removed from the App store until it is fixed . . . . stop taking money off people when it doesn’t work!
